Many people have became increasingly concious about keeping fit. A great way to look after your body is to start a 3day workout routine as this can be easily fitted around your hectic schedule and can also be very effective at helping you keep in shape.

A bit problem that leads some people to put off keeping fit is they are too busy nowadays with family life and work commitments. Another thing that can be offputing is the idea of having to go to the gym every day or so. The beauty of the 3day workout routine is that it doesnt take long and can be done from the comfort of your own home.

The key to staring to keep fit is to plan time that you can spare just 3 days of the week, around 30 minutes is ideal. Also you should keep a track of your workout and see how much better you feel through the course of the first few weeks. This will help keep you motivated to carry on keeping fit for life.

Many people think that keeping fit is not for them or that they are too old to start working out, this is simply not true. No matter what age you are, embarking on some gentle exercise 3 times a week will really help you to stay fit and healthy and will make you feel much better, both physically and mentally.

When you start your 3day workout routine you may wish to just start doing some of the exercises and perhaps not particularly intensively. You can build up the range of exercises you perform through time and also gradually increase your workout from say 15 or 20 minutes upto 30 minutes or more over a number of weeks. This option is ideal for someone just starting out as a 15 to 20 minute workout may seem like a lot initially but it will become easier once you get used to it and you will be able to workout for a longer period of time.

If you are at all concerned about starting to exercise, especially if you havent exercised for a long time or have any health issues, it is always advisable to speak to your doctor or physician. They will be able to recommend if they think that it will be okay for you to embark upon a fitness regime and perhaps help you choose what type of exercises will be right for you. In most cases the majority of people will benefit from taking part in some sort of physical activity, its just a case of tailoring it to you.

The 3day workout routine is an aerobic based program that is suited to most people, this makes it an ideal starting point for anyone new to exercising. There are a range of activities that most people should have no great problem in performing.

One of the biggest and best changes you could make is to eat more fruit and veg as they are a great source of fibre and vitimans which are essential to keeping a healthy body.

Whenever you start your 3day workout routine remeber to have fun and enjoy yourself. Its not all about hard work without reward, the reward of your hard work however, i am sure will agree, is the best reward you can achieve, a healthy fit body that looks great!
